How can I track my package?

If tracking stats are available, you'll be able to track your package using the Your Orders page. Just click "Track Package" beside the delivery you wish to follow.

Why isn't there tracking information for my order?

If you do not see any tracking data for your shipment plus the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, your package should still arrive when they're due. You will find some common factors why tracking details are unavailable on our Tracking Shipments Help page.


To take advantage of FREE Shipping:

  • Place at least $25 of eligible products inside of your Shopping Cart.
  • Go on to checkout.
  • Ship your items to one single U.S. address.
  • Select "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" as your shipping preference.
  • Select FREE Shipping as the shipping speed. The transaction will be delivered within 3-9 business days after all of your merchandise is available to ship (including pre-order items).
  • Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!
